Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dolooma Inc. and its affiliates (“Dolooma”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you use Dolooma Academy and the related Dolooma platform and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account & contact data — name, email address, phone number and mailing address (address, city, state, ZIP).
- Usage data — device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and how you interact with the Service.
- Service & location data — where the Service supports roadside and recovery work, this can include precise location (such as a pick-up or disablement location and the destination a vehicle is transported to) and vehicle details.
- Communications — messages you send us, and SMS/email you exchange through the Service.
- Payment data — processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use personal data to operate and provide the Service; to verify identity, credentials and eligibility; to match and dispatch work; to communicate with you; to secure the Service and prevent fraud; to analyze and improve the Service; and to comply with our legal obligations.
Training activity & video links
When training videos are watched through the Service, we record the viewing so the organization that provides the training can see it:
- What is recorded — the video, when viewing started and was last active, how far it got, how many seconds were watched, and whether it was completed. For a video link, also the link, how it was sent (text, email or integration) and any details the sender attached to it, such as a provider, region or job.
- Who is recorded — for signed-in users, their account. People who watch from a link without signing in are identified only by a random ID stored in their browser, so repeat visits from that browser count as the same viewer. We do not attach an IP address, device or location to this record.
- Who can see it — the organization that assigned or sent the training, through its training reports and its live training board, which shows viewing as it happens.
- Sending a link — when an organization texts or emails a video link, the recipient’s name and phone number or email address are passed to our messaging providers to deliver it.
Cookies & tracking technologies
We use necessary, functional and analytics cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser. We honor recognized privacy signals where required by law. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology from Meta Platforms, to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may receive information such as the pages you visit and actions you take, like submitting a form. You can manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
How we share information
We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf, with other parties as needed to provide the Service (for example to fulfil a job you request), in connection with a business transaction, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention & security
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate legal, accounting or reporting purposes. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California & Virginia privacy rights (CCPA / CDPA)
If you are a California or Virginia resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal data we collect, use, and disclose about you.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dolooma.com. We also honor “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” and California’s Shine the Light requests.
Payments, email & analytics
Payments are handled by third-party PCI-DSS compliant processors under their own privacy terms. If you opt in to marketing email you may unsubscribe at any time. We use analytics providers to understand aggregate usage.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
