What is Dolooma Academy?
A multilingual, video-based training platform built for towing and roadside. A library of vehicle-specific procedures by make, model and year, plus short OEM platform videos that attach to dispatch jobs, so operators get just-in-time help on unfamiliar vehicles.
Who is it for?
Tow operators, roadside technicians, dispatchers and the companies they work for. A technician can train on their own, or a company can bring its whole crew. Service networks, motor clubs and OEMs use it across every provider they work with.
How much does it cost?
Individual is $5 a month for one user. Company is $50 a month with unlimited users. Enterprise pricing, for service networks, motor clubs and OEMs, is set by agreement.
How does the training work on the job?
When a job is dispatched in Dolooma, Dolooma Academy reads the vehicle make, model and service and shows the matching videos on the job. The dispatcher texts the right one to the operator in one tap, and the operator watches it on scene. If the job details change, the match updates.
What devices can operators use?
Any of them. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, picks up each video where you left off, and needs no downloads.
What languages is training available in?
Up to 29. We add each language as it's needed, and training is already available in English, French, Canadian French, German, Italian, Mexican Spanish, Cuban Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese and Hindi. When a video has a version in your language it plays automatically, and you can switch languages without losing your place.
Can I send a video to a driver on a job?
Yes, on the Company plan and above. Text or email a link to the right video straight to a driver, and see who opened it and how much they watched. Links stop working after a set number of opens and a few days.
Can my company add its own training?
Private company content comes with Enterprise, along with custom branding, custom training paths, and integration with your dispatch system or CRM.
How does Dolooma Academy help motor clubs?
Assurance that jobs are completed by trained pros. Training delivered at the moment of need means jobs done right the first time: higher satisfaction, fewer callbacks, fewer damage claims. Networks also see which providers watched what, through the links they send.
What vehicles and content does the library cover?
Videos organized by service and by vehicle make, model and year: winch-outs and recovery, flatbed loading, lockouts, jump starts, transport and securement, and more, including EV platforms. It keeps expanding.
